At Vortex Auto Rentals, we pride ourselves on providing a smooth, secure, professional and transparent rental experience. Please review our booking policies before confirming your reservation.

Confirm the availability of your desired car by either filling out the booking form (attached above), or contacting us at (437) 599-5293. Kindly provide the number of kilometers you plan to drive and the specific dates for your rental.

Documentation Requirements

Ensure you have a valid driver's license and any form of insurance ready for verification. If you don’t have insurance, we work with a third-party provider and can offer you insurance coverage.

Booking Confirmation

A $50 booking deposit is required to secure your rental. This deposit is applied toward your rental, and is typically paid via e-transfer (clients can also drop off cash in person at our address if preferred)

- The remaining balance, along with the refundable security deposit (determined based on your license and driving history), is all handled in person the day you pick-up the vehicle.

Pickup and Drop-off

Main pickup location: 1652 Bayly St, Pickering,  ON L1W 1L9

- We offer delivery services (drop-off / pick-up) across the Ontario for an additional fee, which varies based on location. Please inquire for a quote.
